| First, we will build the policeman Minifigure. He has handcuffs in his hand, so he is ready to arrest the crook. |
| Collect the following 2 pieces: |
| 1 earth blue and dark stone grey upper part of the body, |
| and 1 black pair of legs. |
| Put the upper part of the body on top of the legs. |
| The policeman wears a dark blue shirt with a brown belt and his police badge on the left side of his chest. |
| Collect the following 2 pieces: |
| 1 bright yellow head, |
| and 1 black curly hairpiece. |
| Put them on top. |
| The policeman wears dark sunglasses. |
| Find 1 medium stone grey pair of handcuffs. |
| Put the handcuffs in his left hand. |
| The policeman is now finished. Well done. Put him aside for now. |
| Next, we are going to build the police car. |
| Find 1 black wheel bearing 6x10x1 with 4 connector pins. |
| Put it horizontally on the table. |
| Find 2 medium stone grey plates 1x6. |
| Put one horizontally centered on the second row from the front. |
| Repeat symmetrically at the back. |
| Find 2 lemon yellow plates 1x4. |
| Put one horizontally centered on the frontmost row. |
| Repeat symmetrically at the back. |
| Find 4 bright red round plates 1x1. |
| Put two on each end of the medium stone grey plates 1x6 on the second row from the front. |

| Now, let's build the rear end of the police car. |
| Find 1 bright blue quarter-circle plate 3x3. |
| Put it on the table with the rounded edge to the right and front. |
| Find 1 lemon yellow plate 1x4. |
| Skip one knob from the right, and put it horizontally on the back row. This means that two knobs are overhanging to the left. |
| Find 1 bright blue quarter-circle plate 3x3. |
| Put it underneath the previous piece, rounded edge to the left and front. |
| Find 1 bright blue one-stepped curve tile 2x2x⅔. |
| Put it centered on the 2 back rows, curve to the front. |
| Collect the following 4 pieces: |
| 2 transparent red smooth roof tiles 1x1x⅔, |
| and 2 transparent bright orange plates 1x1. |
| Put the plates 1x1 to the left and right of the previous piece on the back row. |
| Put one roof tile on the rightmost edge of the back row, slope to the right. |
| Repeat symmetrically on the left, slope to the left. |
| Collect the following 3 pieces: |
| 1 black grille tile 1x2, |
| and 2 medium stone grey round plates 1x1 with through-hole. |
| Put the grille tile centered on the front row. |
| Put the round plates 1x1 to the left and right of the previous piece at the front. |

| Put the sticker horizontally centered on the curve tile 2x2 at the back. |

| Turn the small build upright, grille tile at the bottom. Mount it on the right side of the police car. Make sure that the top of the rear end is flush with the rest of the car. |

| Turn the police car 180 degrees. This means that now the rear end is pointing to the left. |
| Put the brick horizontally on the frontmost row. |

| Put the right wedge tile horizontally on the leftmost edge at the back, cut to the left back. |
| Put the left wedge tile horizontally on the leftmost edge at the front, cut to the left front. |
| We are now going to assemble the wheels. |
| Find 4 black narrow rims with hole and spokes. |
| Find 4 black narrow rubber tires with low profile. |
| Put the rims into the tires. |
| Mount the wheels on the 4 connectors on the side of the car, spokes facing outwards. |
| The car is now finished. Well done. You are also finished with bag 1. The policeman Minifigure is now ready to patrol the streets of LEGO City and track down mischief-makers! |
| Open bag 2. Ask a sighted person to help you find the correct bag and open it carefully. |
| This bag contains all bricks and pieces for the crook Minifigure, his getaway car and the crate with fish on the roadside. You can ask a sighted person to sort the bricks by color again if you like. |
| Now, we are going to build the crook Minifigure. He has a crowbar in his hand. |
| Collect the following 2 pieces: |
| 1 maroon red and bright yellow upper part of the body, |
| and 1 black pair of legs. |
| Put the upper part of the body on the legs. |
| He wears a red shirt with a white and black striped tie. His jacket is maroon red and his pants are black. |
| Collect the following 2 pieces: |

| and 1 black hairpiece. |
| Put them on top. |
| He has dark circles around his eyes and a mole on his right cheek. |

| Find 4 silver metallic fish with knob. |
| Put the fish into the crate. |
| Place the crate with the fish horizontally centered on the structure, leaning up against the roof tile at the back. |
| The fish crate and roadside are now finished. |
| You have completed the whole set. Great job! The thief managed to snatch the bank safe and is now speeding through LEGO City much faster than allowed! Will the policeman be able to stop him? If the crook doesn't watch out, he will definitely crash into the crate of fish! A dizzying car chase right through LEGO City awaits! |
