LEGO 41251 Poppy's Pod 

LEGO Audio & Braille Building Instructions for the LEGO Trolls World Tour set "Poppy's Pod".

Join Poppy in her very own pod as she prepares for the adventure of a lifetime. Start the day with a hug, then help Poppy style her hair with cupcakes, hearts and flowers. Next, find the map with all the musical countries for this epic trip. Remember to stop off at the big felt flower, where Poppy hangs from her hair and play at the waterfall! 

The box cover shows Poppy's pod complete with her bed and her dressing table. And there is a treasure chest, too! Poppy is pictured both playing the guitar and enjoying a colorful lollipop. The huge felt flower is already waiting for her to stop by, and there is also a beautiful waterfall cave where Poppy likes to hang out. 

Open the box. This can be tricky; ask someone to help you!

The box contains 2 booklets with visual building instructions and 2 numbered bags. Ask a sighted person to help you find the correct bag!

Open bag 1. Before you get started, ask a sighted person to help you sort the pieces. This way, it will be easier finding the right pieces. This bag contains all bricks and pieces for the Poppy Minifigure and her pod.

First, we will build the Poppy Minifigure.

Find 1 bright purple pair of legs.

Put it horizontally on the table.

Find 1 teal blue ingot 1x2 with 2 top holes. This is actually going to be Poppy's skirt.

Put it horizontally on top of the legs.

Find 1 medium azure blue and bright purple upper part of the body.

Put it on top.

Poppy's blouse is printed with white dots and small flowers. 

Find 1 bright purple Troll head. The head has four knobs and ears.

Put it on top. 

Poppy looks very happy with a big smile. 

Find 1 purple violet and teal blue hairpiece. The hair is fountain-shaped and has a teal blue tiara.

Put it on the head. 

Find 1 medium azure blue decoration flower with small stick.

Turn it upright and put it on the tiara at the front. 

Find 1 medium azure blue muffin cup 1x1.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 light purple muffin top 1x1.

Put it on top. 

Put the muffin on top of the hairpiece.

Find 1 medium azure blue guitar.

Turn it upright and put it into Poppy's left hand.

Find 2 medium azure blue muffin cups 1x1. 

Put them on the table. 

Find 2 light purple muffin tops 1x1. 

Put them on top of each muffin cup.

You have now finished building Poppy. Well done!

Now, we are going to build Poppy's pod.

Find 1 transparent raspberry red pear-shaped box half. It has 2 hinge cylinders on the left side, and 1 hinge cylinder on the right side.

Put it horizontally on the table. Make sure its opening facing you.

Find another transparent raspberry red pear-shaped box half.

Put it horizontally on the table to the right of the other box. Align the hinge cylinders that now meet in the middle on top of each other.

Find 1 bright yellowish green key.

Turn it upright and put it through the cylinders in the middle, connecting the two boxes.

Find 1 bright yellowish green plate 2x2 with 1 knob.

Turn it upright and place it on the four front side knobs at the top of the left box half.

Find 1 bright yellow round tile 2x2.

Turn it upright and place it on the four knobs at the top of the right box half.

The tile is printed with a big flower with a face. There is water coming out of the mouth as it is a shower head.

Find 1 bright green plant with round plate 1x1.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 transparent light blue nose cone 1x1.

Put it on top. 

Put the small build on top of the left box half, on the second knob from the left.

Find 1 bright green plant with round plate 1x1.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 transparent raspberry red nose cone 1x1.

Put it on top. 

Put the small build on top of the right box half on the second knob from the right.

Next, let's make the bathroom floor of the pod.

Find 1 light purple bottom angle plate 2x6 - 1x6 with 6 side knobs.

Put it horizontally on the table, side knobs to the back.

Find 2 transparent light blue flat tiles 1x2.

Put one horizontally centered on the back row. 

Put the other one horizontally in front of the previous piece.

Find 2 medium azure blue plates 2x2 with 1 knob.

Put one on the rightmost edge. 

Put the second one on the leftmost edge.

Slide the small build into the bottom of the right box half. The side knobs attach at the back.

Now, we are going to build the sink.

Find 1 bright yellowish green brick 2x2.

Put it on the table.  

Find 1 warm gold plate 1x2 with water mixer tap.

Put it vertically on the right column, tap to the left.

Find 1 bright green plant with round plate 1x1.

Put it to the left of the previous piece at the front.  

Put the small build into the right box half on the rightmost knob.

Next up, we will build Poppy's dresser.

Find 1 bright red cupboard 2x3x2.

Put it on the table, opening to the front.  

Find 1 white drawer for cupboard 2x3x2.

Slide it into the bottom slot of the cupboard.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellowish green plate 1x2 with 1 knob,

and 1 bright yellowish green plate 2x2 with 1 knob.

Put the 2x2 plate on top of the cupboard on the left edge.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically to the right. 

Collect the following 5 pieces:

2 medium azure blue heart-shaped pairs of sunglasses with small stick.

1 medium azure blue decoration flower with small stick,

1 medium azure blue decoration heart with small stick,

and 1 silver metallic pair of scissors.

Put all pieces into the drawer. 

Put the dresser into the right box half on the leftmost knob, drawer and opening to the front.

Find 1 flame yellowish orange hairbrush.

Insert its handle into the right knob on top of the previous small build.

Next up, we will make a lollipop.

Find 1 white shaft, 3 knobs long.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 white round sign 2x2 with clasp.

Snap it onto the shaft. 

Turn it upright and insert the shaft into the knob to the left of the hairbrush.

Next, we will build the bedroom floor and start the bed.

Find 1 light purple bottom angle plate 2x6 - 1x6 with 6 side knobs.

Put it horizontally on the table, side knobs to the back. 

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 white brick 1x1 with vertical side clasp,

and 1 teal blue brick 1x2.

Put the brick 1x2 horizontally on the back row, skip one knob from the left.

Put the brick 1x1 with vertical side clasp to the right of the previous piece, clasp to the front.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 white brick 1x1 with vertical side clasp,

and 1 bright yellow panel element 1x2x1.

Put the brick 1x1 with vertical clasp on the leftmost knob at the back, clasp to the front.

Put the panel element 1x2x1 on the rightmost edge at the back, panel to the back.

Find 1 bright purple flat tile 1x4.

Put it horizontally on top of the bricks, starting from the left.

Find 1 bright yellow panel element 1x2x1.

Put it horizontally on the rightmost edge on the front row, panel to the front.

Slide this small build into the bottom of the left box half. The side knobs attach at the back.

Now, we are going to build the bed.

Find 1 white plate 4x5 with side plate 1x2 and 2 side shafts.

Put it vertically on the table, side plate and shafts to the back.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 teal blue flat tile 2x4,

and 1 bright purple flat tile 1x4.

Put the flat tile 2x4 vertically centered on the frontmost edge. 

Put the flat tile 1x4 horizontally behind the previous piece.  

Find 2 bright purple flat tiles 1x4.

Put one vertically on the rightmost column. 

Repeat symmetrically on the left.

Find 1 teal blue brick 1x4 with inside arch.

Put it horizontally underneath the build at the front.

Now we are going to mount the bed in the left box half. Snap the two shafts into the two clasps. The bed extends out of the box to the front. If you want to close the pod later, you can simply fold the bed up!

We are now going to build Poppy's scrap book.

Find 1 bright yellowish green book binding.

Put it on the table.

Find 1 white flat tile 1x2.

 Put the flat tile on the two knobs.

The tile is printed with a tree and a rainbow. 

Find 1 bright yellowish green book front cover.

Put it on top, the hinges of book binding and book cover engage.

Place the book in the left box to the right of the bed, between the two panel elements.

Find 1 medium azure blue music clef decoration piece with stick.

Turn it upright and mount it on the left box half on the front side knob at the top.

Find 1 bright yellowish green key.

Put it through the two cylinders on the left side of the left box.  

You have now finished Poppy's pod. Nice job! You are also finished with bag 1. If you and Poppy go traveling, you can close the pod! Simply fold the bed up, and close the two box halves. Use the spare key on the left to lock the pod halves together.

Open bag 2. You can have the pieces sorted by color again if you like. This bag contains all bricks and pieces for the big felt flower and the waterfall cave.

We are now going to build the big felt flower.

Find 1 purple violet plate 2x2.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 white brick 1x2 with shaft on long side.

Put it vertically on the right column, shaft to the right.

Find 1 white brick 1x2 with shaft on long side.

Put it vertically to the left, shaft to the left.

Find 1 bright red plate 1x2 with vertical clasp on long side.

Put it horizontally on the back row, clasp to the back.

Find 1 flame yellowish orange top angle plate 1x2 - 2x2 with 4 side knobs.

Put it in front of the previous piece, side knobs to the front.

Find 1 bright yellowish green plate 2x2 with 1 knob.

Put it on top. 

Find 1 bright yellowish green plate 2x1 with vertical clasp on short end.

Put it horizontally on the table, clasp to the right.

Find 1 bright yellowish green one-stepped curve tile 1x3x⅓.

Put it horizontally on top, curve to the right. 

Attach the small build to the structure. Snap the clasp onto the shaft on the left side.

Find 1 bright yellowish green plate 2x1 with vertical clasp on short end.

Put it horizontally on the table, clasp to the left.

Find 1 bright yellowish green one-stepped curve tile 1x3x⅓.

Put it horizontally on top, curve to the left. 

Attach the small build to the structure. Snap the clasp onto the shaft on the right side.

Find 1 bright yellow shaft with ring, 6 knobs long.

Attach the shaft horizontally on the clasp at the back of the structure.

Find 1 bright red plate 2x2 with 1 knob.

Turn the plate upright, and put it on the side knobs at the front of the structure.

Find 1 bright orange brick 1x1.

Turn it upright, and attach it on the front knob of the previous piece.

We are now going to build the base of the flower.

Find 1 bright yellowish green round plate 6x6 with middle hole.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 teal blue cone 4x4x2.

Put it centered on top. 

Find 3 teal blue round bricks 2x2 with top cross hole.

Stack them and put them centered on top.

Put the flower structure on top of the base. Make sure the wings are pointing to the left and right, and the upright brick 1x1 to the front.

Find 1 flame yellowish orange felt flower. It is the larger one of the two felt flowers.

Turn it upright and slide it onto the brick 1x1 at the front.

Find 1 purple violet felt flower. It is the smaller felt flower.

Turn it upright and put it in front of the previous element. 

Find 1 flame yellowish orange round tile 2x2.

Turn it upright, and put it on the knob in front of the previous element.  

The round tile is printed with two eyes a big round open mouth. 

You are now finished building the flower. Nice job!

Next, we will build the waterfall cave.

Find 1 lavender plate 8x8 with ½ circle.

Put it on the table, half circle to the front.  

Find 2 bright yellowish green roof tiles 2x2, 45°.

Put one on the rightmost edge at the back, slope to the right.

Repeat symmetrically on the left.

Find 2 pale ocher yellow bricks 2x2.

Put them between the two previous pieces.

Find 2 bright yellowish green plates 2x2 with 1 knob.

Put them on top of the previous two bricks. 

Find 1 medium stone grey brick 1x4.

Put it horizontally centered in front of the previous pieces. 

We are now going to build the treasure chest.

Find 1 lavender treasure chest bottom 2x4.

Put it horizontally on the table. 

Find 1 pale ocher yellow flat tile 2x3.

Put it into the chest.  

The tile is printed with a treasure map and a compass card.

Find 1 lavender treasure chest lid 2x4.

Put it on top of the treasure chest bottom.

Put the chest horizontally centered on top at the back.

Find 2 medium stone grey roof tiles 2x2x2, 65°.

Put one on the rightmost edge, in front of the smaller roof tile, slope to the right.

Repeat symmetrically on the left.

Find 2 pale ocher yellow bricks 1x2x2.

Put them vertically on top of the previous pieces. 

Find 1 transparent light blue iceberg element 2x4x6.

Put it centered between the previous pieces, ice structure to the front.

Find 2 pale ocher yellow bricks 1x1 with 1 front and 1 back knob.

Put one to the right of the iceberg element, on top of the brick 1x2x2, knobs to the front and back.

Repeat symmetrically on the left. 

Find 2 pale ocher yellow roof tiles 1x2, 45°.

Put one horizontally on top of the previous piece, slope to the left. Make sure the left edges are flush.

Repeat symmetrically on the right.

We are now going to build a small flower.

Find 1 bright green plant with round plate 1x1.

Put it on the table.  

Find 1 bright purple flower 1x1 with shaft and hole.

Put the shaft into the plant.

Turn the small flower upright and put it on the right front-side knob of the structure.

Now, let's make a flowery branch ornament.

Find 1 light lavender plant element 6x5.

Put it on the table.  

Find 1 flame yellowish orange flower 1x1 with shaft and hole.

Decorate the plant element with the flower. You can pick any knob you like and insert the shaft of the flower.

Find 1 transparent bright bluish violet diamond with stick.

Decorate the plant element with the diamond.

Find 1 transparent raspberry red diamond with stick.

Decorate the plant element with the diamond.

Put one of the outer knobs of the branch ornament on top of the waterfall on the rightmost knob, branch overhanging to the right.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellowish green one-stepped curve tile 1x3x⅓,

and 1 bright green plant with round plate 1x1.

Put the curve tile horizontally on top on the 2 middle knobs, curve to the left.

Put the plant to the left.  

Find 1 bright green plant with round plate 1x1.

Put it on the table. 

Find 1 medium azure blue music note.

Put the music note on top of the plant. 

Turn the small build upright and mount it on the front of the structure on the knob on the left.

Find 1 pale lime green double sphere 2x2x1⅔ with knob.

Put it on the table. 

This piece is printed with a friendly face. 

Find 1 white wind-up key with tube.

Put it on top.

Put the small build on top of the structure on the leftmost knob.

You are now finished building the model. Very well done!

Now it's time for Poppy to roam the world: no matter whether she needs to take a nap in her cozy bed, or fix up her hair in the pod's bathroom - or maybe, she would like to visit her friend, the felt flower, or hang out at the waterfall cave and go on a treasure hunt. Whatever comes next, Poppy is ready to roll!
