LEGO Audio & Braille Building Instructions for the LEGO Creator set "Sunken Treasure Mission" – giant lobster with compact submarine and underwater ruins.

Enjoy incredible underwater adventures with 3 different LEGO playsets. Dive to the bottom of the sea in a submarine to search for sunken treasure guarded by an octopus. Later, rebuild it into a smaller submarine for more action with a giant lobster – or turn it into a giant manta ray for fun with a diver and coral reef. The play possibilities are endless with this brilliant 3in1 set. This page contains the instructions for the giant lobster with compact submarine and underwater ruins.

Note: if you have already built one of the other two playsets, you have to disassemble it before you can start building the current one. The submarine pilot and skeleton scuba diver Minifigures are the same, so you can keep them assembled if you like and simply skip the corresponding section in the instructions.

The box cover shows a scene at the bottom of the sea. A giant dark red octopus is resting its eight tentacles on the seabed in the center of the scene. Approaching from behind on the right is a high-tech submarine. It is a propeller-driven vessel with a grey body, big yellow oxygen tanks, a camera, and 2 remote control arms. It's perfect for exploring the deep blue sea. The submarine pilot is sitting in the cockpit, which is a glass bubble providing a 180° view. At the very bottom of the box cover, there is a sunken gold safe. However, it seems that the sturdy safe door broke open and 2 gold ingots fell out! A skeleton scuba diver is leaning on the side of the safe, probably hiding from the submarine and the octopus. On the right side of the box cover, there is a vertical yellow banner with the 3-in-1 logo on top as well as small images of the 2 rebuild options of this set. The first rebuild option is a giant red lobster with a compact submarine and underwater ruins, and the second rebuild option is a giant red manta ray with a colorful coral reef.

If you haven't done that already, open the box. This can be tricky; ask someone to help you!

The box contains 3 booklets with visual building instructions (one for each 3-in-1 option) and 4 bags with numbers printed on them. Ask a sighted person to help you find the correct bag!

Carefully open the bags or disassemble the previous build. If you like, you can leave the submarine pilot and skeleton scuba diver Minifigures assembled.

Before you start building, ask a sighted person to help you sort the pieces by color. This makes finding the correct pieces even easier!

First, we will build the submarine pilot Minifigure.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 silver metallic, earth blue and dark stone grey upper part of the body,

and 1 earth blue pair of legs.

Put the upper body on the legs.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow Minifigure head,

and 1 black hairpiece with short asymmetrical bob.

Put the head on the body and put the hair on top.

The submarine pilot Minifigure is finished! Great job! She is wearing a dark blue diving suit. The jacket of the suit has grey inserts and two neon-green arrows on it. It has functional pockets and zippers; as a submarine pilot you need practical clothing for sure! The head of the submarine pilot is printed with two different faces: one has a determined and exploratory look, the other one has an expression of positive surprise. The treasures of the sea sure are marvelous!

Next, we will build the compact submarine.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 maroon red round plate 6x6 with middle hole,

and 2 dark stone grey bottom angle plates 1x2 - 2x2 with 4 side knobs.

Put the round plate 6x6 on the table. Make sure its knobs form straight rows and columns in front of you.

Put 1 angle plate 2x2 horizontally on the left knob of the backmost row, 4 side knobs pointing to the back, half of the piece overhanging to the left back.

Put the other angle plate 2x2 horizontally to the right of the previous piece, 4 side knobs to the back, ½ of the piece overhanging to the right back.

Collect the following 5 pieces:

2 bright blue plates 1x2,

2 warm gold plates 1x1,

and 1 mossy green plate 1x4.

Put the plate 1x4 horizontally in front of the 2 previous pieces.

Put 1 plate 1x2 horizontally on the row in front of the previous piece, starting from the left edge.

Put the other plate 1x2 horizontally on the same row as the previous piece, this time starting from the right edge.

Put 1 plate 1x1 on the row in front of the previous piece, but leave the rightmost knob of that row empty.

Repeat symmetrically on the left, leaving the leftmost knob of that same row empty.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

2 pale ocher yellow round plates 1x1 with side handle,

and 1 medium azure blue round brick 2x2 with top cross hole.

Put 1 round plate 1x1 to the left of the previous piece, side handle overhanging to the left.

Repeat symmetrically on the right: put the other round plate 1x1 on the rightmost knob of that same row, side handle overhanging to the right.

Put the round brick 2x2 centered on the 2 backmost rows. This means it will be mounted directly in front of the 2 upright plates with side knobs.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

2 maroon red plates 1x2,

and 2 bright yellow one-stepped plates 2x2x⅔ with 2 side knobs.

Put 1 plate 1x2 vertically centered on the second column from the right. If done correctly, there are 2 empty knobs in front of it and 2 empty knobs behind it.

Repeat symmetrically with the other plate 1x2: put it vertically centered on the second column from the left.

Put 1 one-stepped plate 2x2x⅔ in front of the previous piece, 2 side knobs pointing to the left. Make sure to align the left column of this piece with the previous piece.

Put the other one-stepped plate 2x2x⅔ to the right of the previous piece, 2 side knobs pointing to the right.

Now, we make a small sub-part of the submarine.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow round brick 2x2 with top cross hole,

and 1 pale ocher yellow round plate 1x1 with side handle.

Put the round brick 2x2 on the table. Make sure it forms straight rows and columns in front of you.

Put the round plate 1x1 underneath the front right knob, side handle protruding to the right.

Mount this part to the right of the round brick 2x2 mounted at the back of the structure. The side handle is sticking out towards the right and only touches the round base plate 6x6 on its flat surface.

Let's make another sub-part just like the previous one.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow round brick 2x2 with top cross hole,

and 1 pale ocher yellow round plate 1x1 with side handle.

Put the round brick 2x2 on the table, knobs forming straight rows and columns.

Put the round plate 1x1 underneath the front left knob, side handle protruding towards the left.

Mount this part to the left of the 2 round bricks 2x2 mounted at the back, side handle protruding towards the left.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

2 black round plates 1x1 with through-hole,

1 bright red round plate 1x1 with top shaft,

and 1 medium stone grey round tile 1x1. (This piece is printed.)

Put the 2 round plates with through-hole on the 2 middle knobs of the second row from the front. This means they will sit on the back row of the 2 one-stepped plates 2x2.

Put the round plate with top shaft on the second knob from the right directly in front of the right brick 2x2 at the back.

Put the round tile 1x1 on the second knob from the left directly in front of the left brick 2x2 at the back.

This piece is printed with a black dial indicator with red needle and white, green, and red sections indicating the pressure in the oxygen tanks.

Find 4 white bricks 1x1 with side knob and bottom foot.

Put 2 on the leftmost column in front of the left round brick 2x2, side knobs to the left.

Repeat symmetrically on the right: put the other 2 on the rightmost column in front of the right round brick 2x2, side knobs to the right.

Now, we make another small part.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow brick 1x2 with side cross hole,

and 1 black open end wrench.

Put the brick 1x2 horizontally on the table.

Insert the handle of the wrench into the cross hole from the front. The wrench head is sticking out towards the front.

Mount this small part horizontally centered on the frontmost row, wrench head pointing to the front.

Next, we will build 2 headlight mounts.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black plate 1x2 with horizontal clasp on short side,

and 1 bright blue plate 1x2.

Put the plate with clasp vertically on the table, clasp to the front.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically on top.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black plate 1x2 with horizontal clasp on short side,

and 1 bright blue plate 1x2.

Repeat the 2 previous steps: put the plate with clasp vertically on the table, clasp to the front, and put the plate 1x2 vertically on top.

Put 1 headlight mount vertically on the second column from the left, starting from the front edge, clasp overhanging to the front. If done correctly, it will be mounted on the rightmost column of the one-stepped plates 2x2.

Put the other mount vertically on the second column from the right, starting from the front edge, again clasp overhanging to the front.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

2 medium stone grey smooth roof tiles 1x1 with overhanging top tile 1x1,

and 2 dark stone grey grille tiles 1x2.

Put 1 grille tile horizontally on the frontmost row, starting from the left edge.

Put the other grille tile horizontally to the right of the previous piece.

Put 1 roof tile 1x1 vertically behind the right half of the previous piece, overhanging top tile to the front.

Repeat symmetrically on the left: put the other roof tile vertically behind the left half of the left grille tile, top tile to the front.

Collect the following 6 pieces:

2 dark stone grey flat tiles 2x2,

2 bright yellow quarter-circle tiles 1x1,

and 2 dark stone grey flat tiles 1x3.

Put 1 flat tile 1x3 vertically on the leftmost column, starting from its front edge.

Put 1 quarter-circle tile 1x1 behind the previous piece, quarter circle to the back left.

Repeat symmetrically on the rightmost column: put the other flat tile 1x3 vertically on the rightmost column, starting from its front, and put the quarter-circle tile behind it, quarter circle to the back right.

Put 1 flat tile 2x2 to the left of the 2 previous pieces on the 2 backmost rows.

Put the other flat tile 2x2 to the left of the previous piece.

Find 2 dark stone grey grille tiles 1x2.

Put 1 upright horizontally on the 2 side knobs pointing to the left in the middle of the structure. Do not confuse them with the left side knobs at the front of the structure.

Repeat symmetrically on the right: put the other one upright horizontally on the 2 side knobs pointing to the right in the middle.

Find 2 bright yellow half-cylinder bricks 2x2 with 2 knobs.

Put 1 upright on the 2 side knobs pointing to the right at the front. Make sure the 2 knobs from a row from back to front, not a column from top to bottom.

Repeat symmetrically on the left: put the other half-cylinder on the 2 side knobs pointing to the left, knobs forming a row from back to front.

Find 2 black top angle plates 1x2 - 2x4 with 8 side knobs.

First, flip the structure upside down. Make sure the side handles are still pointing to the left and right, and the 2 clasps and 1 wrench head are pointing to the front.

Turn 1 angle plate vertically so that the 8 side knobs are pointing to the bottom and the 2 main knobs are pointing to the left.

Mount it in this orientation on the left half of the round plate 6x6. If done correctly, the angle plate will not protrude over the round plate 6x6 to the front, back or left.

Put the other one vertically to the right of the previous piece on the right half of the plate 6x6, 2 main knobs pointing to the right.

If done correctly, the 2 pieces meet in the middle and are mounted centered on the round plate 6x6 that protrudes equally on all 4 sides.

Find 2 dark stone grey shafts 1m with ball.

Flip the structure right side up again. Now, make sure the side handles are pointing to the front and back, the side surface with 8 side knobs is pointing to the left, and clasps and wrench head are pointing to the right.

Insert the shafts from the top into the 2 through-hole knobs on the second column from the right. These are the control levers of the submarine!

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 medium stone grey plate 1x4 with 2 hinge stubs on long side,

and 2 black round plates 1x1 with through-hole.

Put the plate 1x4 upright horizontally on the top row of the 8 side knobs pointing to the left, hinge stubs protruding to the top.

Put 1 round plate with through-hole upright below the backmost knob of the previous piece.

Put the other round plate with through-hole upright on the frontmost knob of that same row.

Find 1 bright yellow one-stepped curve tile 2x2x⅔.

Put it upright between the 2 previous pieces on the 4 middle side knobs pointing to the left, slope to the bottom.

Now, we'll build 2 oxygen tanks with propellers.

Since the 2 oxygen tanks with propellers are identical, we will collect the pieces for both in each step, explain the step in question for 1 oxygen tank and tell you to repeat it for the second one.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

2 bright blue round plates 2x2,

and 2 black round plates 2x2.

Put 1 black round plate 2x2 on the table, and put 1 blue round plate 2x2 on top.

Repeat for the second oxygen tank.

Find 2 bright yellow round bricks 2x2 with side hole.

Put 1 on top of the 2 round plates 2x2. Make sure the side hole is running from left to right.

Repeat for the second oxygen tank, side hole running from left to right.

Find 2 bright yellow domes 2x2 with 1 knob.

Put 1 on top of each oxygen tank.

Find 2 bright yellow round bricks 2x2x2 with side hole.

Put 1 underneath 1 oxygen tank, making sure that the side hole again is running from left to right. If done correctly, the 2 side holes have the same orientation.

Repeat for the second oxygen tank. It is very important that the 2 side holes of each tank have the same orientation.

Find 2 pale ocher yellow connector pegs 2m with cross axle pin. (2m means that this piece is roughly 2 knobs long.)

Flip 1 oxygen tank by 90 degrees and put it on the table lying down. Make sure the knob of the dome 2x2 is now pointing to the right.

Insert the cross axle pin from the left into the hole on the left, connector sticking out towards the left. Do not confuse it with the 2 side holes of the tank, we will need those later.

Repeat for the second oxygen tank.

Find 2 black propellers with 3 blades and round hole.

Put 1 on the connector peg sticking out towards the left, and repeat for the second oxygen tank.

Find 4 white connector pegs 1m with knob. (This piece is roughly as long as a plate 1x1.)

Insert 2 connector pegs into the 2 side holes at the front. You might have to rotate the oxygen tank a bit to find the holes.

If done correctly, the hollow knob of each connector peg will point to the front. The back holes will remain empty.

Repeat for the second oxygen tank: insert the connectors in the 2 holes at the front and leave the 2 holes at the back empty.

The 2 oxygen tanks with propellers are finished! Great job! First, rotate 1 oxygen tank so that its propeller is to the left and the 2 knobs of the connector pegs are pointing to the back, 2 empty holes to the front.

Now, mount it on the 2 side handles pointing to the front at the bottom of the submarine structure by inserting the handles into the hollow knobs of the connector pegs.

Repeat symmetrically at the back with the second oxygen tank, propeller again to the left.

Find 1 transparent light blue dome 6x6x3 with 2 hinge forks.

Snap the 2 hinge forks onto the 2 hinge stubs pointing to the top on the right edge of the submarine. Make sure the outer dome curvature is bending to the right. You can only fold down the dome if you mounted this piece correctly.

This is the bubble cockpit of the submarine!

Now, we will build the submarine grappler.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright blue small tube with shaft,

and 1 black open end wrench.

Insert the handle of the wrench into the small tube. The wrench head will stick out.

Snap the small shaft of the grappler onto the wrench head pointing to the left in the middle of the left side surface.

Now, we will make the 2 headlights of the submarine.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black round plate 1x1 with side handle,

and 1 transparent round tile 1x1.

Put the round plate with side handle on the table.

Put the round tile on top of the previous piece.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

Another transparent round tile 1x1,

and another black round plate 1x1 with side handle.

Repeat the 2 previous steps: put the round plate with side handle on the table, and put the round tile on top.

Snap the handle of 1 headlight into the back clasp pointing to the left, round tile 1x1 to the top and pointing to the left.

Repeat symmetrically at the front: snap the handle of the other headlight into the front side clasp pointing to the left, round tile 1x1 to the top and pointing to the left.

The compact submarine is finished! Great job! It is an agile vessel that can even explore small and tight spaces! Open up the bubble cockpit, let the pilot take a seat and off you go on your deep sea adventure!

Next, we will build the giant lobster.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 black plate 2x6,

and 2 maroon red plates 1x1 with vertical side clasp.

Put the plate 2x6 horizontally on the table.

Put 1 plate 1x1 on the back knob of the rightmost column, clasp to the right.

Put the other plate 1x1 in front of the previous piece, clasp to the right.

Find 6 dark stone grey plates 1x2 with ball on long side.

Put 1 horizontally to the left of the previous piece, ball overhanging to the front.

Put another one horizontally to the left of the previous piece, ball to the front.

Put the third one horizontally to the left of the previous piece, ball to the front, one knob overhanging to the left.

Repeat symmetrically with the 3 remaining plates on the back row, balls to the back, 1 knob overhanging to the left.

Find 1 black round plate 4x4 with middle hole.

Put the round plate 4x4 on the table and turn it so that its knobs form straight rows and columns in front of you.

Put its rightmost column underneath the 2 overhanging knobs on the left edge. This means that only 2 knobs will connect to the structure, the rest of the round plate will protrude towards the left.

Collect the following 5 pieces:

4 medium stone grey plates 1x2 with ball cup on short side,

and 1 maroon red plate 1x2.

Put 1 plate with ball cup vertically on the 2 back knobs of the third column from the left, ball cup overhanging to the back. This means it will be mounted on the previous piece, directly next to the plates 1x2 with ball mounted previously.

Put 1 plate with ball cup vertically in front of the previous piece, ball cup to the front.

Repeat symmetrically on the column to the left of the 2 previous pieces: put the other 2 plates with ball cup vertically on that column, ball cups to the front and back.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically to the left of the 2 previous pieces. This means it is mounted on the 2 leftmost knobs of the structure.

Find 1 medium nougat brown plate 2x8 with 7 holes.

Put it horizontally centered on top of the structure, starting from the right edge.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 bright red inverted curve disk 2x2 with 4 knobs,

and 2 medium stone grey plates 2x3.

Flip the structure upside down. Make sure to keep it in horizontal orientation, balls and ball cups pointing to the front and back, 2 clasps pointing to the right.

Put the inverted curve disk 2x2 centered on the left edge. Its left edge should align with the round plate 4x4.

Put 1 plate 2x3 horizontally centered to the right of the previous piece.

Put the other plate 2x3 horizontally centered to the right of the previous piece.

Find 2 bright red plates 1x2 with vertical clasp on short side.

Flip the structure right side up again, balls and ball cups still pointing to the front and back, 2 clasps pointing to the right.

Put 1 horizontally on the leftmost edge on the back row, clasp overhanging to the left.

Put the other one horizontally in front of the previous piece, clasp to the left.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright red brick 2x6,

and 1 dark orange roof tile 2x2, 45°.

Put the roof tile 2x2 on top of the 2 previous pieces, slope to the left.

Put the brick 2x6 horizontally to the right of the previous piece.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 pale ocher yellow low profile brick 2x2x⅔, (This brick has horizontal grooves on its sides and is a bit lower than a standard brick.)

and 2 bright red smooth roof tiles 1x2x⅔.

Put the low profile brick 2x2 to the right of the previous piece.

Put 1 roof tile 1x2 horizontally on the 2 frontmost knobs directly behind the 2 ball cups at the front, slope to the front.

Repeat symmetrically at the back directly in front of the 2 ball cups, slope to the back.

Next, we make a small sub-part of the lobster.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow plate 1x2 with vertical clasp on long side,

and 1 bright red plate 1x2 with 2 shafts on short sides.

Put the plate with 2 shafts vertically on the table, shafts to the front and back.

Put the plate 1x2 with clasp vertically on top, clasp to the left.

Find 2 maroon red plates 1x1 with vertical side clasp.

Snap the clasp of one plate 1x1 on the shaft at the front. Make sure its knob is pointing to the top.

Repeat symmetrically with the other plate on the shaft at the back.

The small sub-part of the lobster is finished! Mount it vertically centered on the leftmost column of knobs, which is directly to the right of the roof tile slope on the left edge.

Fold down each plate 1x1 at the front and the back until they touch the smooth roof tiles.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 pale ocher yellow low profile brick 2x2x⅔,

and 1 dark orange plate 1x2.

Put the profile brick 2x2 to the right of the small sub-part we have just mounted.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically to the right of the previous piece.

Find 3 maroon red plates 1x2.

Put 1 horizontally on the front row, starting from the left edge.

Put another 1 horizontally behind the previous piece.

Put the last one vertically to the right of the 2 previous pieces.

Find 2 maroon red one-stepped curve tiles 2x3.

Put 1 horizontally to the right of the previous piece, curve to the right.

Put the other one horizontally to the right of the previous piece, curve to the right.

Find 1 black angled handlebar with bottom shaft.

Snap its bottom shaft into the top clasp pointing to the left, ends of the handlebar pointing to the left. Do not confuse it with the 2 bottom clasps pointing to the left.

The eyes of the lobster will later be mounted on the 2 ends of the handlebar.

Next, we will build the lobster feelers.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright red plate 1x2 with 2 shafts on short sides,

and 1 black plate 1x2 with angled top handle.

Put the plate 1x2 with shafts vertically on the table, shafts to the front and back.

Put the plate with angled top handle vertically on top, sloped side to the right.

Now, let's make 2 sub-parts of the feelers.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

2 bright red shafts 4m, (4m means that the shaft is roughly 4 knobs long)

and 2 medium stone grey small tubes with clasp.

Insert 1 shaft into the tube of 1 small tube with clasp. ¾ of the shaft will stick out.

Repeat with the other shaft and small tube.

Snap the clasp of 1 sub-part onto the small side shaft at the front, long shaft pointing to the front.

Snap the clasp of the other sup-part onto the small side shaft at the back, long shaft pointing to the back.

The lobster feelers are finished! Well done! To mount it, flip it upright so that the angled top handle is pointing to the right, angled side to the bottom, shafts pointing to the front and back for now.

Snap the angled handle into the 2 side clasps pointing to the left at the bottom of the lobster structure.

Now, fold the feelers towards the left. You can adjust them as you wish, depending on what the lobster is trying to feel.

Next, we will build 2 lobster eyes.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 light purple round plate 1x1,

and 1 bright yellowish green round plate 1x1 with through-hole.

Put the bright yellowish green round plate on the table, and put the light purple round plate on top.

Find 1 white round tile 1x1. (This piece is printed.)

Put it on top of the stacked round plates. It is printed with a black oval eye.

Find 1 maroon red inverted dome 2x2 with 1 knob.

Put it on the table, knob to the bottom, opening to the top.

Insert the stack of 3 round pieces 1x1 into the dome opening.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

1 light purple round plate 1x1,

1 bright yellowish green round plate 1x1 with through-hole,

1 white round tile 1x1,

and 1 maroon red inverted dome 2x2 with 1 knob.

Repeat the previous steps to make the second eye: put the green plate on the table, put the purple plate on top, put the round tile with eye print on top, and insert this stack into the dome opening.

The 2 lobster eyes are finished! Flip 1 upright, tile with eye print to the left, and insert the back handlebar end pointing to the left into the hollow knob of the dome.

Repeat on the front handlebar end.

Next, we will build the lobster rear with lobster tail.

The rear part of the lobster is the connecting point to the lobster tail. We will start with the actual tail.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 mud grey plate 2x6 with 2 round corners,

and 2 bright red plates 1x2 with vertical clasp on short side.

Put the plate 2x6 vertically on the table, 2 round corners to the left.

Put 1 plate 1x2 horizontally on the third row from the back, clasp to the left. Note that the backmost row only consists of 1 knob.

Put the other plate 1x2 horizontally in front of the previous piece.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

2 bright red round tiles 2x2 with middle hole,

and 2 dark orange round plates 1x1.

Put 1 round plate 1x1 in front of the previous piece on the left edge.

Put 1 round tile 2x2 on the 2 knobs to the right of the previous piece, one half overhanging to the right.

Repeat symmetrically at the back: put the other round plate 1x1 on the backmost knob of the left column, and put the round tile 2x2 to its right, one half overhanging to the right.

Find 1 mud grey plate 2x6 with 2 round corners.

Put it vertically on top of the tail structure, round corners to the left. Match the placement of the identical plate 2x6 with round corners at the bottom.

Next, we will build the lobster rear.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 pale ocher yellow plate 2x2,

and 1 bright red plate 1x2 with 2 shafts on short sides.

Put the plate 2x2 on the table.

Put the plate 1x2 horizontally on the back row, shafts overhanging to the left and right.

Find 1 bright red plate 1x2 with 2 shafts on short sides.

Put it horizontally in front of the previous piece, shafts to the left and right.

Find 1 maroon red one-stepped curve tile 2x3.

Put it horizontally on the 2 previous pieces, curve to the right, ⅓ protruding over the 2 left shafts.

Now, snap the 2 right shafts into the 2 clasps on the left edge of the lobster tail.

The lobster rear with lobster tail is finished! Well done! To mount it, snap the 2 shafts on its left edge into the 2 clasps on the right edge of the lobster.

Next, we will build the first 6 of the 8 walking legs of the lobster.

Since these 6 walking legs are identical, we will explain the building steps for 1 in detail and later tell you to repeat those steps for the other 5 legs.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 dark orange round plate 1x1,

and 1 bright red plate 1x3.

Put the plate 1x3 horizontally on the table.

Put the round plate 1x1 on the rightmost knob.

Find 1 medium stone grey plate 1x2 with ball cup on short side.

Put it horizontally to the left of the previous piece, ball cup to the left.

Find 1 maroon red roof tile 1x3, 25°.

Put it horizontally on top of the 2 previous pieces, slope to the right.

Collect the following 20 pieces:

5 dark orange round plates 1x1,

5 bright red plates 1x3,

5 medium stone grey plates 1x2 with ball cup on short side,

and 5 maroon red roof tiles 1x3, 25°.

Repeat the previous steps of the first walking leg for the remaining 5 legs. Go to the next sentence to hear a summary, or jump back to the previous section with the detailed instructions by swiping from left to right or by pressing the upwards arrow key on your keyboard.

To make a walking leg, do the following: put 1 plate 1x3 horizontally on the table, put the round plate 1x1 on the rightmost knob, put the plate with ball cup horizontally to its left (ball cup to the left) , and finally put the roof tile 1x3 horizontally on top, slope to the right.

The first 6 of the 8 walking legs of the lobster is finished! Well done! To mount the first 3, snap their ball cups on the 3 balls pointing to the front. Make sure the roof tiles are to the top and the slopes of the roof tiles are towards the front.

Repeat symmetrically at the back with the remaining 3 legs. You can move and adjust the legs as the lobster scurries across the sea floor.

Now, we'll build 2 remaining walking legs.

These 2 are a bit different from the first 6, so pay close attention. Let's start with 1 leg.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 dark orange round plate 1x1,

and 1 bright red plate 1x3.

Put the plate 1x3 horizontally on the table.

Put the round plate 1x1 on the rightmost knob.

Find 1 dark stone grey plate 1x2 with ball on short side.

Put it horizontally to the left of the previous piece, ball to the left.

Find 1 maroon red roof tile 1x3, 25°.

Put it horizontally on top of the 2 previous pieces, slope to the right.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

1 dark orange round plate 1x1,

1 bright red plate 1x3,

1 dark stone grey plate 1x2 with ball on short side,

and 1 maroon red roof tile 1x3, 25°.

Repeat the previous steps to make the second walking leg: put the plate 1x3 horizontally on the table, put the round plate 1x1 on the rightmost knob, put the plate with ball horizontally to its left (ball to the left) , and put the roof tile horizontally on top, slope to the right.

The 2 remaining walking legs are finished! Great job! Snap the ball of 1 leg into the right ball cup of the 2 ball cups pointing to the front.

Snap the ball of the other leg into the right ball cup of the 2 ball cups at the back. The 2 remaining ball cups will later hold the front claws.

Now, we will build the arm segment for the first front claw.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright red plate 1x2 with vertical clasp on short side,

and 1 mud grey bottom angle plate 1x2 - 1x2 with 2 side knobs.

Put the angle plate 1x2 horizontally on the table, side knobs pointing to the front.

Put the plate with clasp horizontally on the previous piece, clasp to the right.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 dark stone grey plate 1x2 with ball on short side,

and 1 dark orange plate 1x2.

Put the plate 1x2 (without ball) horizontally on top of the previous piece.

Put the plate 1x2 with ball horizontally on top, ball to the left.

Find 2 medium stone grey top angle plates 1x1 - 1x1 with side knob.

Put 1 on the left top knob, side knob pointing to the front.

Put the other one to the right of the previous piece, side knob to the front.

Find 1 bright red plate 2x2.

Put it upright on the 4 side knobs pointing to the front.

Find 1 maroon red plate 1x2.

Put it upright horizontally on the 2 bottom side knobs pointing to the front.

The arm segment for the front claw is finished! First, flip it by 90 degrees so that its flat side is at the bottom, 2 knobs are pointing to the right and 4 knobs are to the top.

Snap the ball of the arm segment into the leftmost ball cup pointing to the front on the lobster structure.

Next, we will build the arm segment for the second claw.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright red plate 1x2 with vertical clasp on short side,

and 1 mud grey bottom angle plate 1x2 - 1x2 with 2 side knobs.

Put the angle plate 1x2 horizontally on the table, 2 side knobs pointing to the front.

Put the plate with clasp horizontally on the previous piece, clasp to the left.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 dark orange plate 1x2,

and 1 dark stone grey plate 1x2 with ball on short side.

Put the plate 1x2 (without ball) horizontally on top.

Put the plate with ball horizontally on top, ball to the right.

Find 2 medium stone grey top angle plates 1x1 - 1x1 with side knob.

Put 1 on the left top knob, side knob pointing to the front.

Put the other one to the right of the previous piece, side knob to the front.

Find 1 bright red plate 2x2.

Put it upright on the 4 side knobs pointing to the front.

Find 1 maroon red plate 1x2.

Put it upright horizontally on the 2 bottom side knobs pointing to the front.

The arm segment for the second claw is finished! Well done! First, turn the lobster from left to right. Now, its feelers and eyes should be on the right and the tail should be on the left.

Flip the arm segment by 90 degrees so that its flat side is at the bottom, make sure the 2 knobs are pointing to the left this time, and 4 knobs are to the top.

Snap the ball into the right ball cup at the front.

Next, we will build the lobster claw.

Find 1 bright red plate 2x2.

Put it on the table.

Find 2 mud grey bottom angle plates 1x2 - 1x2 with 2 side knobs.

Put 1 horizontally on the back row, side knobs pointing to the back.

Put the other one horizontally in front of the previous piece, side knobs to the front.

Find 2 bright red plates 1x2 with 2 shafts on short sides.

Put 1 horizontally on the previous piece, side shafts overhanging to the left and right.

Put the other one horizontally behind the previous piece, shafts to the left and right.

Find 1 medium stone grey plate 2x2.

Put it on top of the 2 previous pieces.

Find 1 mud grey plate 2x4.

Put it horizontally on the previous piece, 4 knobs overhanging to the left.

Find 2 black top angle plates 1x2 - 1x2 with 2 side knobs.

Put 1 horizontally on the back row, starting from the right edge, 2 side knobs pointing to the back.

Put the other one horizontally in front of the previous piece, side knobs to the front.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

2 reddish brown ingots 1x2,

and 1 bright blue plate 1x2.

Put 1 ingot 1x2 horizontally on top of the previous piece.

Put the other ingot 1x2 horizontally behind the previous piece.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically to the left of the 2 previous pieces.

Now, we make 2 sub-parts of the claw.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 dark orange plate 1x2,

and 2 maroon red one-stepped curve tiles 1x2x⅔.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically on the table.

Put 1 curve tile 1x2 horizontally on the back knob, slope to the right, ½ overhanging to the right.

Put the other curve tile in the same orientation in front of the previous piece.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

Another dark orange plate 1x2,

and another 2 maroon red one-stepped curve tiles 1x2x⅔.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically on the table.

Put 1 curve tile 1x2 horizontally on the back knob, slope to the right, ½ overhanging to the right.

Put the other curve tile in the same orientation in front of the previous piece.

Flip 1 claw sub-part upright, tiled surface towards you, slope to the right.

Mount it on the 4 side knobs pointing to the front.

Repeat symmetrically at the back with the second sub-part. Make sure the slope is to the right.

Next up, we will make the bottom pincer of the claw.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 bright red curve piece 3x4 with 3 sloped sides,

and 2 maroon red plates 1x1 with vertical side clasp.

Put the curve piece 3x4 upside down on the table. This means its smooth side is to the bottom, narrow end to the left, wide end to the right.

Put the 2 plates 1x1 on the 2 middle seats of the rightmost column, clasps to the right.

Find 1 transparent inverted curve disk 2x2 with 4 knobs.

Put it on top of the 2 previous pieces and the column to their left.

Snap the 2 clasps of the bottom pincer into the 2 shafts on the left side of the claw structure. Note that these shafts may be hard to find because they are roofed by 2 columns of knobs.

Find 1 maroon red curve piece 4x4x1 with 3 sloped sides.

This is the top pincer: put it horizontally on top of the structure, narrow end to the left, aligning it with the shape of the bottom pincer.

The first claw is finished! Great job! Now, let's build the second claw. To do that, jump back to the section with the title "Next, we will build the lobster claw." and repeat all steps until you land here again. Once you have built 2 claws, you can continue to the next sentence. Note: to jump back to previous sections, swipe from left to right if you are on a handheld device, or use the upwards arrow key.

Now it's time to mount the claws! Let's start with the first one: flip it upright by 90 degrees so that the bottom surface with bottom pincer is now pointing towards you. The narrow ends of the claw should be pointing to the right, and the 2 empty shafts to the left.

Now, snap those 2 shafts into the 2 clasps of the arm segment at the back.

Flip the other claw upright by 90 degrees. This time, the bottom surface with bottom pincer should point to the back. Again, the narrow end of the claw is on the right, the 2 shafts on the left.

Snap the 2 shafts into the 2 clasps of the arm segment at the front.

The giant lobster is finished! Very well done! This was a very intricate and complicated build; you can be proud of yourself!

Now, we'll build the skeleton diver Minifigure.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

2 white skeleton foots 1x1 with top clasp,

and 1 white skeleton torso with 2 arm shafts and 2 leg shafts (this piece also has a discernible ribcage).

Snap the 2 skeleton feet on the 2 leg shafts which are the shafts below the ribcage. Make sure the little skeleton toes are to the front on both feet.

Find 2 white skeleton arms. (A skeleton arm is like a bent shaft that forms an elbow, and it has 1 clasp on each end. Do not confuse them with the black skeleton arms.)

Snap the skeleton arms on the arm shafts to the left and right of the ribcage. Make sure the elbows are pointing to the bottom.

Find 1 black pair of oxygen bottles.

Put it around the neck of the skeleton, oxygen bottles to the back.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 white Minifigure head,

and 2 teal blue flippers. (These are swimming fins you can wear for faster diving or swimming.)

Put the head on the skeleton. It is printed with a skull with 2 black circles for eye sockets, a black triangle for the nose opening and a big skeleton grin.

Mount the flippers on the feet of the skeleton.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 dark stone grey helmet with thick chin strap,

and 1 transparent light blue diving goggles with snorkel.

Hold the helmet in your hand, opening to the right.

Put the diving goggles on from the right, snorkel to the back.

Next, we will build the underwater camera.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black camera piece, (This is like an old-school handheld camera device in the size suitable to a Minifigure)

and 1 transparent round tile 1x1.

Put the round tile 1x1 upright on the front knob of the camera piece.

Snap the side handle of the camera into the right hand of the skeleton.

The skeleton diver Minifigure is finished! Great job!

Next, we'll build the underwater ruins.

The ruins are shaped like a piece of stonewall with an archway that is quite dilapidated and weathered. Therefore, the pieces used for building it are positioned in unique and sometimes tricky ways. Some placements might be difficult; you can ask for help if you are not sure or decide to choose your own placements.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 medium stone grey plate 1x4,

and 1 mossy green plate 2x4 with 2 knobs.

Put the plate 1x4 horizontally on the table.

Put the plate 2x4 vertically on the 2 right knobs, starting from the back edge, ¾ overhanging to the front.

Find 1 mossy green plate 2x4 with 2 knobs.

Put it vertically to the left of the previous piece in the same orientation.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

2 medium stone grey plates 1x8,

and 1 medium stone grey plate 1x4.

Flip the structure upside down. Make sure the 2 plates 2x4 with 2 knobs are still protruding to the front.

Put 1 plate 1x8 horizontally centered in front of the plate 1x4, symmetrically overhanging to the left and right.

Put the other plate 1x8 horizontally centered in front of the previous piece.

Put the plate 1x4 horizontally centered in front of the previous piece.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 medium stone grey plate 2x3,

1 medium stone grey brick 2x3,

and 1 medium stone grey wedge plate 2x2 with 45° corner and 3 knobs.

Flip the structure right side up again. Make sure that the 2 plates 1x8 are still protruding to the left and right.

Put the plate 2x3 horizontally on the 4 protruding knobs on the right, 1 column overhanging to the right.

Put the brick 2x3 horizontally on the 4 protruding knobs on the left, 1 column overhanging to the left.

Put the wedge plate on the back knob of the right plate 2x6 with 2 knobs. This is a decoration piece, you can mount it a bit at an angle: The main corner pointing to the front and slightly to the right, the cut-off corner to the back and slightly to the left.

Next up, we make the small sub-part of the ruins.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 medium stone grey plate 2x3,

and 1 medium stone grey smooth roof tile 1x1x⅔.

Put the plate 2x3 vertically on the table.

Put the roof tile 1x1 on the right knob of the backmost row, slope to the back.

Find 1 mossy green plate 1x2.

Put it vertically on the left column, starting from the front.

Mount the 2 frontmost knobs of the right column of the sub-part vertically underneath the leftmost column of the ruins structure.

If done correctly, 1 column is overhanging to the left and 1 row with roof tile is protruding to the back.

Next, we will make another small sub-part of the ruins.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 pale ocher yellow plate 2x2,

and 1 mossy green plate 1x2.

Put the plate 2x2 on the table.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically on the right column.

Mount the left column of the sub-part underneath the rightmost column of the ruins structure.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

1 dark green nose cone 1x1,

and 3 medium stone grey roof tiles 1x2x2, 65°.

Put the nose cone 1x1 on the front right knob of the sub-part we have just mounted.

Put 1 roof tile 1x2x2 horizontally behind the previous piece, starting from the right edge, slope to the right.

Put 1 roof tile 1x2x2 horizontally to the left of the previous piece, slope to the left.

Put the remaining roof tile 1x2x2 horizontally on the 2 right knobs of the back row of the brick 2x6 which is located in the left third of the structure. Make sure the slope is to the left.

Collect the following 4 pieces:

3 medium stone grey roof tiles 1x2x2, 65°,

and 1 medium stone grey smooth roof tile 1x1 with overhanging top tile 1x1.

Put 1 roof tile 1x2x2 vertically in front of the right half of the previous piece, slope to the front. Its front left corner will partly protrude.

Put 1 roof tile 1x2x2 vertically to the left of the nose cone located in the front right corner, slope overhanging to the front.

Put the remaining roof tile 1x2x2 horizontally to the left of the previous piece, slope to the right.

Put the roof tile 1x1 with top tile 1x1 horizontally on the leftmost edge on the middle row, top tile to the right. If done correctly, the top tile will touch the slope of a roof tile 1x2x2.

Find 2 dark green nose cones 1x1.

Put 1 behind the previous piece on the leftmost column.

Put the other one on the frontmost knob of the leftmost column.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 medium stone grey roof tile 1x2x2, 65°,

1 medium stone grey brick 2x3,

and 1 mossy green plate 1x2.

Put the roof tile 1x2x2 horizontally to the right of the previous piece, slope to the right.

Put the plate 1x2 vertically on the 2 top knobs of the 2 roof tiles to the right of the previous piece.

Put the brick 2x3 horizontally on top of the 4 roof tiles in the right half of the structure. Align its right edge with the right edge of those roof tiles.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 mossy green brick 1x2,

and 1 dark green nose cone 1x1.

Put the brick 1x2 vertically on the rightmost column of the previous piece.

Put the nose cone to the left of the previous piece on the back row.

Find 2 medium stone grey bricks 1x2x1⅔ with 4 side knobs.

Put 1 vertically to the left of the previous piece, 4 side knobs pointing to the left.

Put the other one vertically on the plate 1x2 on top of the 2 roof tiles in the left half of the structure, 4 side knobs to the left.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 mossy green flat tile 1x1,

1 mossy green plate 1x4,

and 1 mossy green plate 1x2.

Put the flat tile 1x1 upright on the bottom back side knob of the previous piece.

Put the plate 1x2 upright vertically on the 2 back knobs of the side knobs on the other brick 1x2 with 4 side knobs.

Put the plate 1x4 upright vertically in front of the previous piece, 2 knobs protruding to the bottom.

Find 2 medium stone grey mudguard screens 1x6 with steps and 6 knobs.

Put 1 horizontally on the front knobs of the 2 bricks 1x2 with 4 side knobs, mudguard to the front. This piece will connect those 2 bricks.

Put the other one horizontally behind the previous piece, mudguard to the back.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

2 medium stone grey wedge plates 2x2 with 45° corner and 3 knobs,

and 1 dark green plant base 1x1 with 3 stalks.

Put 1 wedge plate on the 2 rightmost knobs of the 2 previous pieces, cut-off corner to the front right, 1 knob overhanging to the right.

Repeat symmetrically on the left, cut-off corner to the front left, 1 knob overhanging to the left.

Flip the plant upright and insert its bottom shaft into the side knob below the previous piece's cut-off corner.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 medium stone grey roof tile 1x2x2, 65°,

and 1 medium stone grey wedge plate 2x2 with 45° corner and 3 knobs.

Put the wedge plate 2x2 centered between the other 2 wedge plates 2x2 at the top of the structure, cut-off corner to the front left.

Find the brick 1x2 that is mounted vertically to the right of the arch. Put the roof tile 1x2x2 vertically on top, slope to the front.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

2 medium stone grey smooth roof tiles 1x1x⅔,

and 1 mossy green brick 1x2.

Find the wedge plate 2x2 we have mounted in the previous step, it is centered on the top of the structure. Put 1 smooth roof tile 1x1 to its right on the front row, slope to the front.

Put the brick 1x2 horizontally behind the previous piece and 1 knob to its right.

Put the other roof tile 1x1 on the back right knob of the leftmost wedge plate 2x2, slope to the front.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 medium stone grey smooth roof tile 1x1x⅔,

and 1 medium stone grey smooth roof tile 1x1 with overhanging top tile 1x1.

Turn the roof tile 1x1 with overhanging top tile 1x1 horizontally, top tile to the right. It will be mounted on the top layer of the ruins: put it on the back row, starting from the right edge of the top layer. The top tile will rest on the top knob of a roof tile 1x2.

Put the roof tile 1x1 to the left of the previous piece, but leave 1 knob empty between them. Make sure the slope is to the front.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 bright yellowish green round plate 1x1 with 3 leaves,

and 2 dark green nose cones 1x1.

Put 1 nose cone to the left of the previous piece.

Put the round plate with leaves on the rightmost knob of the front row on top of the archway, leaves to the front right.

Put the other nose cone on the second knob from the left on the front row of the archway top.

The underwater ruins are finished! Great job! You can tell that water and time have been gnawing away at it for a long time. Overgrown with algae, it is a beautiful relic from ancient times. Our deep sea adventurers will be delighted to find it!
