LEGO 10792 Drill Spinner Vehicle 

LEGO Audio & Braille Building Instructions for the LEGO Marvel set "Drill Spinner Vehicle".

Electro is zapping a traffic signal with an electric bolt to steal electricity! Spin races to the scene in his awesome LEGO Drill Spinner Vehicle. The spinning drill at the front makes sure nothing gets in his way! When Spin flings a giant golden web over the high-voltage villain, it's Electro's turn to get a shock!

On the box cover, we are witnessing an action-packed scene: the city buzzes with energy as Electro causes chaos, zapping a traffic signal with bolts of electricity. While she dangles from the traffic light, the Drill Spinner Vehicle with our hero Spin behind the wheel is coming for the villain. The tires are smoking, that's how fast the car is going down the road! The cool vehicle with a gigantic rotating drill at the front is red, golden and black, just like Spin's suit. In the background of the scene, the city's skyline is visible. The residents fear for their power supply, so we better hurry up and start building!

Open the box. This can be tricky; ask someone to help you!

The box contains 1 booklet with visual building instructions, 2 unnumbered bags, and 1 loose piece: a brick 4x10 with 4 side connectors.

Carefully open all bags.

Before you start building, ask a sighted person to help you sort the pieces by color. This makes finding the correct pieces even easier!

First, we will build the Spin Minifigure.

Careful: The pieces for the Spin and Electro Minifigures are very similar. Some of them only differ in color or print. Pay close attention to the color information, or ask a sighted person to help you find the correct pieces. But now, let's get started!

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black and bright red upper part of the body,

and 1 black pair of legs.

Put the upper body on the legs.

Find 1 black Minifigure head.

Put it on the body.

Find 1 warm gold spider web 5x8x2 with handle.

Snap the handle of the spider web into Spin's hand.

The Spin Minifigure is finished! Well done! Spin is wearing his black suit. The chest is printed with a bold red V with golden ornaments, like a V-neck revealing a spiderweb pattern with a big golden spider at the top. Spin's face has a red spider web in the middle and two big golden eyes with red edging. He is wearing red gloves.

Next, we will build the Electro Minifigure.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright green and bright yellow upper part of the body,

and 1 bright yellow pair of legs.

Put the upper body on the legs.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow and bright green ponytail hairpiece with eye mask,

and 1 light nougat brown Minifigure head.

Put the head on the body.

Put the hairpiece with mask on top. Make sure the ponytail is to the back.

Now, we will build Electro's electric bolt.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 warm gold handle with 2 end knobs,

and 1 transparent yellow lightning bolt.

Insert the small bottom shaft of the lightning bolt into one of the handle ends.

Find 1 transparent yellow diamond with small bottom shaft.

Insert its small bottom shaft into the other end of the handle.

Electro's electric bolt is finished! Snap the handle into Electro's hand. Make sure that the lightning bolt is pointing to the top and the diamond is to the bottom.

The Electro Minifigure is finished! Well done! She is wearing a bright green and bright yellow suit. Even her hair is bright green! The elaborately jagged eye mask is bright green and matches the jagged bright yellow V-shaped print on the chest of her suit. She has a sly grin on her face, and when she is not wearing her mask, a pale yellow painted-on version of her mask is revealed around her black eyes.

Next, we will build the traffic light.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 bright yellow brick 1x1 with side knob and bottom foot,

and 1 transparent green round plate 1x1.

Put the brick 1x1 on the table, side knob to the front.

Put the round plate 1x1 upright on the side knob.

Find 1 bright yellow brick 1x1 with side knob and bottom foot.

Put it on top of the first brick, side knob to the front. Make sure the orientation of the two bricks is exactly the same.

Find 1 transparent yellow round plate 1x1.

Put it upright on the previous piece's side knob.

Find 1 bright yellow brick 1x1 with side knob and bottom foot.

Put it on top, side knob again to the front.

Find 1 transparent red round plate 1x1.

Put it upright on the side knob.

Find 1 silver metallic plate 1x1 with flat side tooth.

Put it on top of the traffic light structure, side tooth to the front.

Find 1 medium stone grey flat tile 2x2 with pole 5m. (5m means that the pole is about 5 knobs long.)

Put it on the table.

Put the brick tower on top of the pole.

The traffic light is finished! Great job! This is what Electro will try to zap first, so beware!

Next, we will build the Drill Spinner Vehicle.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black brick 4x10 with 4 side connectors,

and 1 black brick 1x4 with 4 side knobs.

Put the brick 4x10 horizontally on the table, connectors to the front and back.

Put the brick 1x4 vertically on the rightmost column, side knobs to the right.

Find 1 bright red brick 2x4.

Put it vertically to the left of the previous piece.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 medium stone grey smooth roof tile 1x2x⅔,

and 2 transparent red round plates 1x1.

Put the roof tile 1x2 upright on the 2 middle knobs pointing to the right, slope to the bottom.

Put 1 round plate upright in front of the previous piece, and the other one behind the previous piece.

These pieces are the number plate and rear lights of the vehicle! Together, they cover the 4 side knobs pointing to the right.

Collect the following 3 pieces:

1 bright red plate 2x3,

and 2 bright red plates 1x4.

Put 1 plate 1x4 horizontally on the backmost row, directly to the left of the brick 2x4.

Repeat symmetrically on the frontmost row.

Put the plate 2x3 horizontally between the 2 previous pieces, also starting directly to the left of the brick 2x4.

This creates a vertical 1x2 cutout on the left edge of those pieces.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black and bright red small steering wheel with plate 1x2,

and 1 medium stone grey smooth roof tile 1x2x⅔.

Put the small steering wheel vertically to the left of the previous piece, steering wheel to the right. It will fit into the little cutout you have created with the 3 previous pieces.

Put the smooth roof tile 1x2 vertically centered on the fourth column from the right, slope to the left. This means it will be opposite of the steering wheel, separated by 2 columns.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black brick 1x4 with 4 side knobs,

and 1 bright red brick 2x4.

Put the brick 2x4 vertically to the left of the steering wheel.

Put the brick 1x4 vertically to the left of the previous piece, side knobs to the left.

Find 2 black panel elements 1x4x1 with panel on long side.

Put 1 horizontally centered on the frontmost row, side panel to the front.

Repeat symmetrically at the back, side panel to the back.

Find 2 black plates 2x2 with oval mudguard.

Put 1 on the 2 frontmost rows on the right edge, but leave the rightmost column empty, mudguard overhanging to the front.

Repeat symmetrically at the back, mudguard overhanging to the back.

Find 1 black trapezoid plate 2x4.

Put it vertically to the right of the 2 previous pieces, its longest side on the left, 1 column overhanging to the right.

Find 1 bright red plate 2x3.

Put it horizontally centered on the previous piece and the column to its left.

Find 1 black bracket plate 1x2 with 2 curved wedge tiles 1x3.

Put it vertically to the left of the previous piece, curved wedge tiles pointing to the right. This means it will enclose the left edge of the previous piece.

Find 1 bright red stepped plate 2x2 with 2 side knobs.

Put it on the 2 knobs of the previous piece and the column to its right, higher step and side knobs to the left.

Find 1 bright red two-stepped curve tile 2x4.

Put it horizontally centered on top, starting from the rightmost edge, curve to the right.

Find 1 warm gold grille tile 1x2.

Put it upright horizontally on the 2 side knobs pointing to the left directly below the curve tile we have just mounted.

Find 2 black plates 2x2 with oval mudguard.

Put 1 on the 2 frontmost rows, skipping the leftmost column, mudguard overhanging to the front.

Repeat symmetrically at the back, mudguard overhanging to the back.

Find 1 bright red plate 1x4.

Put it vertically on the leftmost column.

Find 1 black curved hood plate 3x4 with 2 knobs.

Put it vertically on top of the 3 previous pieces, curve to the left, 2 knobs forming a column on the right.

Find 1 transparent light blue panel element 1x2x1 with back panel.

Put it vertically on the 2 knobs of the previous piece, panel to the right.

This is the windshield of the Drill Spinner Vehicle!

Next, we will assemble the 4 wheels.

Collect the following 8 pieces:

4 warm gold wide rims with hole and spokes,

and 4 black wide tires with shallow tread.

Put the rims into the tires.

The 4 wheels are finished! Well done! Snap them on the 4 connectors pointing to the front and back. Make sure that the spokes of the wheels are facing outwards.

Next up, we will build the mount of the rotating drill.

Collect the following 2 pieces:

1 black ring brick 4x4 with lowered center,

and 1 white and medium stone grey plate 2x2 with rotating disk.

Put the ring brick 4x4 on the table. Make sure that its middle knobs are pointing to the top.

Put the plate with rotating disk on the 4 knobs in the middle.

Flip this structure upright and mount it centered on the 4 side knobs pointing to the left.

Find 1 warm gold jagged cone 2x2x3.

Put it upright on the 4 middle knobs of the previous piece, cone pointing to the left.

The Drill Spinner Vehicle is finished! Well done! Secure Spin in the driver's seat and take it for a test drive! Its rotating spinner is designed to get rid of any obstacles that might come your way. What a mighty vehicle!

You have finished building the entire set! Very well done! Now it's time for action: electro is already out and about, bothering the city with her electric bolt and trying to steal everybody's electricity! Of course, Spin has to try and stop her! Grab the catching net, mount the Drill Spinner and chase after the wired villain! Will you be able to catch her before a power outage brings the entire city to a standstill?
